Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents are Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German Russian and English and additionally speaks French Persian and Hindi. Her parents are Russian and Indian. When she was 11, Annet Mahendru choreographed and performed a dance that earned her the honor of a German television show. The dance included a snow maiden from Russia who was transformed into an exciting Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was at the age of 11 in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. After her high school years, she took classes in acting at HB however she opted to improvise in Groundlings School. She then took on several comedy roles. Her story began at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). The couple divorced when she turned 13 years old older and they was moved from the city of her birth to East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell on FX's The Americans. Television actress most famous for her portrayal of an ex- KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. Her most well-known role is her recurring roles in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
